Note to potential landlords. In our area nurses must be within a 30 minute drive of the hospital. I am near 2 hospitals and have never lacked a tenant for my two units. I answer all inquiries very promptly whether we are a match or not, and I keep my availability calendar up to date.
Quality service department declined the review my tenant has left as she did not enter the dates she was staying. The staff asked me to ask my tenant to resubmit the review again and will not take the lease contract as a proof for the dates she was staying and it is impossible for me to disturb my tenant to submit a review again when she has already spent her valuable time wrote the review.
I would leave a zero star if there is since the system has accepted her review but later declined due to incompleted info (but why accepted the review in the first placed).
Moreover the staff kept me on the phone for about 40 minutes to check for the info and could not help me or even attempt to help me. The case should be manually fixed but the staff I spoke to did not attempt to consult her manager or IT department to manually fix the issue.
The App has been very good about connecting me with properties that suit my needs—short term and furnished. It’s a relief fo be able to move to a community and find a place that you don’t have to commit to a year-long lease while you are looking for a home to buy, you don’t have to put dove utilities in your name, and you don’t have to buy any furniture to get started.
The app is a little clunky when searching for properties, but it’s worth the time. Highly recommend.
Not impressed with company or their customer service. Subscribed to their service on September 10th, in hopes to rent a room in my house. In a little over 1 month, I only had 2 potential tenants that I communicated with directly. One found another location closer to her work and the other wanted me to come down in price but never responded when I asked how much. I sent messages to 3 prospects with no response. I don't feel like this outlet is working for me and I'd like to pursue other avenues to rent my space. I reached out to customer service and their response was "To get a refund, your listing should not be active or complete. I verified, and your listing is active; in this way, you cannot qualify for a refund." No where on their site does it say/show how to make your listing "inactive" or "incomplete". I deleted my listing - is that not good enough?
Love using this app. I was renting on Craigslist when a fellow traveler told me about this app this is the first time I’ve used it and it has been a blessing. The landlords I rent from are amazing people I couldn’t be happier with my experience from Furnished Finders. Also, a special thank you to my landlords Joe and Lyn for making me feel welcomed.

Submitted: 2/16/2022 12:00:00 AM The apartment was very nice and a great value. I had plenty of space and was comfortably furnished with a large screen Roku TV. I never had any issues in the neighborhood, as it is in the city, and I ended up enjoying the area. No one bothered me or my car which was parked outside. C was a great landlord and was quick to respond to any issues that arose. I would stay here again if I had another contract in St. Louis.

This apartment was a perfect solution for my needs. I moved to the area for work and needed a furnished place everythingto eat, shower, relax and sleep until I could find permanent housing. This studio is set up with everything you need to live. All you need is clothing. Owner is very nice, fair and flexible with length of stay. All needs have been thought of and provided. If you need a place to stay for a month or a year, this place is perfect!
Great service/platform ! So far great people have stayed at my rental properties and I am able to be my own property manager. I am glad I came across you at Instagram during the pandemic. Now I'm doing what your platform inspired me to do.
